Salary: £26,000 pro rata

Location: Bedford Town Centre based, but working across Bedfordshire, so a clean Driving License is essential

Kings Arms Project operates a range of properties and services around Bedford and the surrounding areas. From Move on Housing to Community Centres to family homes our portfolio of properties is growing. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Facilities Officer in the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Facilities Officer no two days will be the same. From completing repairs and maintenance tasks to liaising with contractors your days will be full and rewarding.This role will suit someone learning their skills in a multi-skill environment or a trades person proficient in a number of areas.
